What this site is
GoBayArea is an events discovery service. We list events happening around the Bay Area and link you to the organizer’s own site for tickets and details. We are not the organizer, seller, or venue for any event listed.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep listings current, but dates, prices and availability can change without notice. Always confirm details on the organizer’s site before making plans or purchases.
Tickets & purchases
All ticket sales happen on organizer or ticketing sites, under their terms. Any issue with a purchase — refunds, cancellations, entry — is between you and the organizer.
Sponsored placement
Some listings are paid placements, always labeled “Sponsored.” Sponsorship affects where a listing appears, never whether the event is real.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, spam, misrepresent events, or attempt to interfere with the service. We may remove listings or block access at our discretion.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damages arising from use of the site or attendance at listed events.
